O' QG, a ‘reunion' of cultures

In the heart of Plaine-des-Cafres, O' QG fuses multicultural inspirations, tapping into Creole, metropolitan and West African gastronomy to create a unique cuisine.

Located in Bourg-Murat at the Plaine-des-Cafres, the restaurant O' QG (French abbreviation for 'headquarters') has established itself as a reference in the culinary, gourmet landscape of Réunion.

This authentic restaurant with a cosy ambience combines local products, both French and African cuisine and puts taste first, all "homemade" on-site. Abdoulaye Sadji, the Senegalese owner, cultivates a mix of genres and cultures, and welcomes you to his traditional wood-fired Creole cuisine restaurant, where friendliness and good humour reign. On the yellow walls, small and large colourful works of art watch over the brown tiled tables.

Here, you will delight in an infinite number of different flavours such as 'curried pig's foot', duck breast, fresh fish and homemade chips, or even warm goat's cheese salad. This is a table for hearty appetites, which fuses different styles to create a world tour and give you flights of fancy.
