Created by Fernando Cuenllas, Media Ración opens its doors at the Hotel Urso and goes all out with its recipes in local colours.

In a place full of conviviality, wood and glass blend perfectly with leather and steel touches at this concept restaurant invented by Fernando Cuenllas. Here is a bar but also a shop, with walls covered with delicatessen products and bottles of wine. Media Ración-translated as 'small portion'- adopts a spirit of sharing, not to reign yourself in, but to allow you to taste everything on the menu.

Everyone can enjoy different typical dishes, which make the reputation of the Spanish capital. On the savoury side, choose between a foie gras mi-cuit and its brioche bun, a beef tenderloin with vegetables and chimichurri sauce, grilled hake with purple carrots, not to mention local cheese and charcuterie platters. On the sweet side, savour toasted vanilla cream, a millefeuille or a lemon tart.
