Hurricane MARIA

Due to the forecasted path of hurricane MARIA in the Caribbean Sea, our flight schedule is adjusted accordingly.

Specific commercial guidelines are implemented, if you choose to postpone your flight until 28 September 2017.
If you choose to change your country of destination or origin or cancel your journey, you will be entitled to a non-refundable voucher valid one year for Air France, KLM or HOP! flights. This voucher is non-refundable.

Situation in Saint Marteen further Hurricane Irma

As from November 04, 2017, we will be able to resume our flights to and from Saint Maarten (SXM) via Pointe-à-Pitre, with an adapted schedule.

Specific commercial guidelines are still implemented. For further information, please contact your travel agent no later than November 30, 2017.
Before going to the airport, if the flight is "operated by Air France", we recommend you to check the information about your flights on our website or mobile app in the "your reservations" section.

If your reservation is cancelled, we recommend you not to go to the airport. Contact your travel agent or our teams who are mobilized to assist you in seeking alternative solutions. ("Contact us" section).

If your flight is cancelled, you can receive the refund of your ticket by contacting your point of sale directly.
