1 Booking a) Choose your country and city of departure and indicate your arrival city b) Choose the type of trip: round trip, one way or multi-stops* c) Choose the dates of departure, return and flexibility on ''for these exact dates'' or ''around these dates'' d) Choose the number of passengers by type (adult, child or infant). The maximum number of passengers per booking is 9. For unaccompanied minors (5-14 years), enter ''0'' in the number of adults and enter the number of unaccompanied minors. e) Choose the class of travel f) Click on ''search'' * On this page, repeat the actions The trip will be the same for all passengers. If you wish to book different days or flights for one passenger, you need to create another booking for this passenger.
2 Search Page Depending on the flexibility chosen: a) Flexibility on "these dates'' The system shows the best available fare for each flight route on the chosen date. You can organise data by price, departure and arrival times or flight duration. Select the round flight by clicking on ''validate your segment''.
b) Flexibility ''around these dates'' Through a colour palette, the system shows the best daily rates available from Day-7 to Day+7. Select the date of departure and click on ''validate the segment'' Repeat the same procedures for the return flight. The system shows the best available fare for each flight route on the chosen date. You can organise data by price, departure and arrival times or flight duration. Select the round flight by clicking on ''validate your segment''. Prices are in Reais per person per flight. Charges are not included
3 Rates Page Displays a summary of the selected flights and the total amount. a) Click on ''Pricing conditions'' to read the rules of the fare. b) If you want to buy the ticket: click on ''submit''. c) If you want to modify the itinerary or the dates: click on ''modify your selection'' d) If you want to modify a flight: click on "modify your flight"
4 Booking Page a) Payment methods: Credit card, cash or bank transfer The accepted cards are: Visa, Amex, Diners or MasterCard
b) Identification -- First passenger - Are you a Flying Blue member? Enter your Flying Blue number and PIN code and click on ''identify''. - Are you not a Flying Blue member? Enter your marital status, surname, name, loyalty programme, phone and e-mail address. - Do you have a BlueBiz contract? Click on ''If you have a business agreement, please provide the type of contract and your reference'' and enter your contract number. - Do you want to receive our e-newsletter? Click on "Sign up here to receive our e-newsletter".
-- Other passengers - Inform your marital status, surname, name and loyalty programme. - Do you have a BlueBiz agreement? Click on "If you have a business agreement, please provide the type of contract and your reference" and enter your contract number.
c) Meals and seats You can now choose and book your meal and seat on long-haul flights.
d) Validation To validate your request, click on 'If necessary, I agree to provide data by e-mail and/ or additional documents. I have read and am aware of the rates conditions'. Then click on the 'validate' button.
5 Payment Page a) Credit Card Answer the question. Do you want to pay in 5 interest-free instalments? Click "yes" for 5 interest-free instalments only with credit card issued in Brazil Click ‘No, pay cash'. Enter the card type, number, expiry date, security code, surname and first name as listed on the credit card, invoicing address, date of birth and mother's full name. To proceed with the issuance of your ticket, enter full CPF (Tax ID) number. If the payer does not have a CPF (Tax ID), Air France may be required to request additional documentation to issue the ticket. 6 Confirmation Page of your purchase A summary of your purchase will be shown. A few minutes later, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you wish to cancel your booking, click on ''cancel the booking''. A popup screen will be displayed, then click on ''yes'' to cancel.
7 Important – Contacts After concluding the purchase, pay attention to your e-mail box. If necessary, Air France may contact you to request additional information in order to issue your ticket. Should this occur, you will receive a request from this e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone. If Air France does not receive your reply within the specified time, the ticket will not be issued. You will need to make a new booking.
