Fares

Our published prices include all charges, except for some departure charges locally payable.

The First and Business (Premiere, Affaires) Class fares allow for total flexibility in terms of travel dates, changes and cancellation with no restrictions and no penalty.

The unrestricted Economy Class fare (Economy, Premium Economy, according to destination) allows travelling on selected dates. You can change your ticket at an Air France agency, or apply for an unrestricted refund.

The most advantageous Economy Class rates are offered depending on the availability of flights and on the selected dates.

These rates are subject to variable conditions (e.g.: advance purchase, minimum and maximum stay, changes and cancellation upon payment of fine, reduction for children and babies do not apply…).

These sales conditions change, depending on destinations and travel times.

Confirmation of your purchase

A summary of your purchase will be shown. A few minutes later, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail. If you wish to cancel your booking, click on ''cancel the booking''. A pop-up screen will be displayed, then click on ''yes'' to cancel.

Ticket use

The fare is applicable for a ticket used fully, in sequential order for the specified journey and on the specified dates. As outlined in the General Conditions of Carriage, any non-compliant use noticed on the day of travel may incur an additional fixed-rate fee at the airport for the amount of: 
- for flights in Europe (including Metropolitan France and Corsica) € 125 in Economy and €300 in Business;
- for intercontinental flights € 500 in Economy and Premium Economy and € 1.500 in Business and La Première (or the equivalent in the local currency).

Important – Contacts

After concluding the purchase, pay attention to your e-mail box.
If necessary, Air France may contact you to request additional information in order to issue your ticket. If this occurs, you will receive a request via this e-mail address: mail.emissaobrasil@airfrance.fr, or by phone. Responses should be done by e-mail.
If Air France does not receive your reply within the specified time, the ticket will not be issued.
You need to make a new booking.

CONDUCT ABOARD AIRCRAFT

The Passenger is informed that in the event of a breach of Article 15 (Conduct aboard aircraft) of General Conditions of Carriage and in accordance with the provisions of their Article 9 (Refusal and limitation of carriage), he or she may be registered on a list of persons subject to a travel ban aboard the Air Carrier's aircraft under the Authorization n°2016-240 by the CNIL (French data protection authority).
