BAGGAGES NOT DELIVERED ON ARRIVAL

Has your baggage not been delivered to you when you arrived at the airport? We greatly regret it and we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. Find all information about what to do in our Baggage Incidents section: Baggage Incidents Information.
If your destination airport is in metropolitan France: you can make your declaration at the Air France Baggage Service at the airport or fill out the online declaration form within 48 hours of your arrival.
If your destination airport is not in metropolitan France: please report as soon as possible the delay of your baggage to the Air France baggage service at the airport. We will provide you with a document (called "Property Irregularity Report - PIR") which must be completed before leaving the airport. You will be given a file number. Please keep this number in order to follow up on your communication.
Has your luggage been damaged or not delivered to you on arrival? Did you forget something on board, at the airport or at a check-in desk?
